Louis Lang SA and Surface Synergie SAS enter the capital. 1995: Michel Bezin, Director General of Cheval Frères SA, decides to create Alliance, in association with JL Burdet SA and HGT Petitjean SA. This joint effort gives the company its name. Alliance’s ambition is to develop metal powder injection molding technology, which is still in its infancy at the time. Michel Bezin grasped the potential of the technique during trips to the United States and Japan.
